BMB 511: Numerical Methods and Modeling - summer

Biostatistical analysis and biological mathematical modeling. Analysis of large biological datasets and development of metabolic and bio-based mathematical models is explored to inform engineering design choices. The course聽introduces specialized software tools including SPSS, MATLAB and Python for data analysis and model construction.
